Our Services

An AI Lover is a virtual character or piece of content powered by artificial intelligence. It is not a real person, and the Services do not constitute human companionship or medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services. AI Lover responses may be generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

We use the answers you select or enter in the questionnaire to generate a matching result and display a carousel of AI Lover characters. After you select a character, the AI Lab page sends your chat messages to the relevant AI system so that it can generate responses.

Information We Collect

Account and sign-in information: After you click "Start Chatting" on the AI Lab page and enter the chat interface, we collect the email address you provide, together with your sign-in or verification status, account creation time, and necessary session identifiers.

Questionnaire and matching information: This includes the answers you select or enter in the matching questionnaire, your preferences, interests, gender or gender identity, relationship preferences, and the matching result generated by the system. Depending on the questions presented, certain answers may qualify as sensitive personal information. You may choose not to provide optional information, but doing so may affect the matching result.

Chat content: This includes the text and prompts you send to an AI Lover, AI-generated replies, chat timestamps, and the context reasonably necessary to maintain the conversation. Chat content may include health information, sexual orientation, religion, personal experiences, or other sensitive information that you voluntarily disclose. Please do not provide sensitive information unless it is necessary for your interaction.

Usage and technical information: This may include your IP address, device model, operating system, browser type and version, language, time zone, device or session identifiers, cookies, local storage data, pages visited, click paths, matching and chat actions, error logs, and network and performance data.

Requests and communications: If you submit a privacy request or another inquiry through a mechanism made available within the Services, we collect the contact details and other information you choose to provide, including your description of the issue.

Inferences: We may generate matching scores, interest labels, content preferences, or safety signals from your preferences and use of the Services. We use these inferences to provide the Services, improve matching, and prevent misuse. They are not used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

How We Collect Information

Information you provide directly: You provide information when you complete the matching questionnaire, enter your email address after clicking "Start Chatting," select an AI Lover character, or send chat messages.

Information collected automatically: When you access or use the Services, we may collect device, usage, and diagnostic information through cookies, local storage, server logs, software development kits, and similar technologies.

Anonymous questionnaire session: Before you provide an email address, we may temporarily store your questionnaire answers and matching status using an anonymous session identifier and browser local storage. After you sign in to the chat interface, we may associate that information with your email address so that we can display the character carousel and continue providing the chat service.

How We Use Information

Provide and maintain the Services: We process questionnaire answers, generate matching results, display the AI Lover character carousel, verify email sign-in, and process chat requests after you select a character.

Personalize your experience: We use questionnaire answers, matching preferences, and the current chat context to display AI Lover characters that may better match your preferences and to generate coherent conversational responses.

Safety and content governance: We detect, investigate, and address spam, fraud, use by underage persons, harassment, unlawful content, account compromise, prompt attacks, and other misuse. Where necessary, authorized personnel or service providers may conduct a limited human review.

Analyze and improve the Services: We use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate feature usage, model quality, matching performance, system performance, and service stability and to improve the Services. Unless we clearly disclose otherwise or you affirmatively opt in, we do not use private chat content that directly identifies you to train general-purpose models made available to the public.

Communications: We send sign-in verification messages and other communications that are necessary for the operation or security of the Services.

Legal and compliance: We may use information to comply with legal obligations, enforce applicable terms, resolve disputes, protect the rights, property, and safety of BIG SHOCKED, the Services, and their users, and respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators, or law enforcement.

Legal Bases for Processing (Where Applicable)

Performance of a contract: Processing is necessary to receive your questionnaire answers, complete email sign-in, provide matching and chat, and deliver the features you request.

Consent: Where the law requires consent, or where we request permission for a specific activity, we will obtain it before processing. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Legitimate interests: We process information as reasonably necessary to protect the Services, prevent fraud, improve the product, conduct essential business analytics, and maintain our infrastructure, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Legal obligations: We process information as necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, court orders, and mandatory reporting obligations.

AI Matching and Automated Processing

To provide questionnaire-based matching, we may use automated systems to analyze the answers you select or enter, generate a matching result, and determine the order in which characters appear in the carousel. After you select a character, the system uses that character's configuration and the current chat context to generate responses.

Matching results are used only to display AI Lover characters and provide chat. They are not used to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, education, housing, or other matters that have legal or similarly significant effects. If you believe a match is inaccurate, you may complete the questionnaire again where that option is available.

If a feature requires information that may be considered sensitive under applicable law, we will provide any additional notice and obtain any authorization required by law. You may choose not to provide optional sensitive information.

Chat Content and AI Model Providers

To generate AI Lover responses, perform necessary content-safety checks, and maintain the current chat session, we may send necessary chat messages, the AI Lover character configuration, conversation context, and technical identifiers to contracted cloud, AI model, or content-moderation providers. We seek to minimize the information transmitted and require providers to process it only in accordance with our instructions.

Unless we clearly disclose otherwise or you affirmatively opt in, we do not authorize model providers to use identifiable private chat content for their own advertising or to train general-purpose models made available to the public. Some providers may retain limited technical logs for a short period for security, debugging, or legal compliance, subject to applicable contracts and privacy terms.

To request deletion of questionnaire answers or chat content associated with your email address, please use any privacy-request mechanism made available on the AI Lab page. Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or be retained as necessary to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Do not send passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, precise home addresses, or secrets that you do not want processed to an AI Lover.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Essential technologies: We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to save questionnaire progress and matching status, maintain the chat session, prevent duplicate submissions, protect the Services, and enable a smooth transition from the questionnaire to the character carousel and chat interface. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of the Services from functioning correctly.

Analytics technologies: Where permitted by law and, when required, with your consent, we may use these technologies to measure visits, feature use, performance, and errors. We prefer aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.

Your controls: You may manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings, device permissions, or any privacy controls made available on the AI Lab page. Clearing local storage may sign you out, remove unsynchronized preferences, or delete local session state.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use private chat content for cross-site behavioral advertising. We share information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, or act with your authorization. Categories of recipients may include:

We may retain limited records for longer where necessary to investigate security incidents or fraud, resolve disputes or complaints, complete audits, or meet other legal obligations. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained where it cannot reasonably be linked to you. AI Lover characters, images, stories, and responses may be generated by artificial intelligence or created by a content team. They may not reflect a real person or our views. AI responses may be inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You should independently verify important information and must not treat an AI Lover as a source of medical, mental health, legal, financial, or crisis-intervention advice.

Do not share passwords, payment information, government-issued identification numbers, precise home addresses, or other highly sensitive information in chat. If you or another person is in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or at risk of self-harm, contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on an AI Lover in an emergency. Safety, privacy, or content concerns may be reported through any reporting mechanism made available on the AI Lab page.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Services, legal requirements, or our information practices. The updated version will be posted on the AI Lab page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 2. Relationship Between AI Lab and BIGSHOCKED

AI Lab is a digital experience presented, operated, and supported by BIGSHOCKED through bigshocked.com. BIGSHOCKED may provide the website, hosting environment, product information, product integration, customer-experience support, and related services for AI Lab features.

Using the AI Lab browsing or matching experience does not by itself require you to purchase a BIGSHOCKED product. AI Lover, DIY Waveform, and Video Vibration functions that control or synchronize with a product require a compatible app-controlled doll or torso and any applicable third-party app or service.

3. Access, Eligibility, and Responsible Use

AI Lab is intended for adults aged 18 or older. By using AI Lab, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your location. You agree to provide accurate information when requested and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to AI Lab or any connected service.

4. Email and Marketing Communications

Some AI Lab functions may ask for your email address or other information to:

• create and maintain access to a requested digital feature;
