Before the First Use

Give a new torso a light clean before its first session.

This helps remove dust or surface residue from packaging and shipping. It is also a good time to check the TPE surface, internal openings, control button, charging port, and cable.

A gentle wash followed by complete drying is enough. There is no need for an intensive first clean.

For regular cleaning, you will need:

• Warm water
• Mild, unscented soap or a TPE-compatible toy cleaner
• A soft cloth
• A clean towel
• A rinse bottle, if available
• A drying stick, if available
• Professional TPE maintenance powder, if needed

Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, bleach, strong detergents, hard brushes, and abrasive sponges. Soft TPE is better suited to gentle cleaning than aggressive scrubbing.

Clean the Surface

Make sure the product is switched off and is not connected to the charger.

You do not need to remove the battery or open the torso. BigShocked functional models use built-in rechargeable components.

Start by wiping away excess lubricant with a soft cloth. Fresh lubricant is easier to remove and will not spread across the surface during rinsing.

Wash the outside with warm water and a small amount of mild soap or TPE-compatible cleaner. Use your hand or a soft cloth around the entrances, folds, and textured areas.

Rinse until the surface no longer feels soapy or unusually slippery.

An undamaged BigShocked torso can be rinsed during normal cleaning. However, do not soak the entire product unless the instructions for your specific model clearly allow it, and do not pour water directly into the charging port.

If the charging area becomes wet, wipe it dry and let it air-dry completely before charging or switching the product on again.

Clean the Internal Canals

Clean every used opening separately.

On a torso with multiple canals, rinsing one entrance does not mean the others have been cleaned.

Slowly flush each used canal with warm water. A rinse bottle can make it easier to reach deeper areas without pulling or stretching the TPE.

Add a small amount of diluted mild soap or TPE-compatible cleaner, then continue rinsing until:

• The water runs clear
• No visible lubricant remains
• There is no foam
• The canal no longer feels slippery from cleaner

Do not use sharp objects, rigid sticks, or hard brushes inside the canals. These can damage the internal texture or create small tears.

Do not pull a canal out or turn it inside out unless the instructions for that specific model clearly say it is removable.

A stronger cleaner is rarely the answer. A mild product followed by a thorough rinse is usually the safer and more effective option.

Apply TPE Maintenance Powder

Wait until the outer surface and internal canals are completely dry before applying any powder.

Lightly dust the outer TPE surface with a professional maintenance powder made for TPE products. Spread it into a thin, even layer rather than leaving visible piles of powder on the material.

Maintenance powder can help:

• Reduce surface tackiness
• Keep the TPE feeling soft and smooth
• Limit dust, hair, and lint from sticking to the surface

Do not apply powder while the torso is still damp, as it may clump and leave residue. Keep it out of the internal canals and charging area, and brush or wipe away any obvious excess before storage.

You do not need to cover the torso in a thick layer. A small amount spread evenly across the outer surface is enough.

Dry the Torso Completely

A torso can look dry on the outside while moisture is still trapped inside.

Allow water to drain from every opening. Gently changing the angle of the torso can help water move out of deeper canals.

Pat the outer surface with a clean towel rather than rubbing it. Then place the toy in a well-ventilated area with the openings exposed to airflow.

Do not leave the entrances pressed against a mattress, folded towel, or flat surface. This can slow down internal drying.

A drying stick can help absorb moisture from deeper canals. Avoid hot hair dryers, heaters, and radiators, as excessive heat may soften or deform TPE.

Before storing the torso, make sure the outer surface, internal canals, and charging area are fully dry. When you are unsure, give it more time.

Care for and Store the TPE

TPE gives the torso its soft, flexible feel, but it also attracts dust, hair, and lint more easily than harder materials.

A slightly tacky surface does not always mean the toy is dirty. It may come from cleaner residue, incomplete drying, or the natural feel of soft TPE.

Start by rinsing the surface again and allowing it to dry completely. If needed, apply a thin, even layer of professional TPE maintenance powder once the toy is fully dry.

Do not use random household powders or apply more than necessary.

For storage, choose a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Avoid leaving the torso in contact with:

• Dark or strongly dyed fabrics
• Printed materials
• Rough surfaces
• Sharp objects
• Oily substances

Do not place heavy objects on top of the toy. Long-term pressure can flatten softer areas or leave lasting marks.

A clean storage bag, storage box, original packaging, or smooth protective covering can help keep dust away. Store the charging cable separately so it does not press into the TPE.

Heavier torso models should be kept in a stable position where they cannot fall or remain bent unnaturally.

Check the Torso While You Clean

Cleaning is also a convenient time to notice damage.

Stop using the product and contact BigShocked support if you find:

• A deep tear extending into a canal
• Peeling or separation around an entrance
• Visible damage near the charging port
• Unusual heat while the product is running
• Vibration, suction, charging, or app functions behaving abnormally

Do not open the torso or try to repair its built-in rechargeable components yourself.

For normal care, the routine remains simple: wash the surface, rinse every used canal, allow the toy to dry fully, and store it without heat or pressure.

Once you have done it a few times, cleaning and caring for a sex doll torso becomes a quick final step rather than a chore.
