A monster with the head of a snake, the belly of a leopard and the hips of a lion, a symbol of chaos and incest. It has the paws of a hare (or rather the hooves of a deer) and runs fast, looking everywhere for water to temporarily quell the never-ending thirst. As it runs, its belly emits the bark of forty hounds.
